The rotisserie where your friends' Shopify stores end up on the spit every day. ROAStify connects Shopify and Meta, reads orders, sales, sessions, ad spend and ROAS, and puts whoever is winning right now on the podium.

Today's top 5
no names, everThe Shopify bag that put on a chef's hat and opened a rotisserie. He cheers for everyone, but the spit is always on: drop below breakeven and you're on it, charred.
He teases, but he never lies. Numbers first, then the joke.
βBurn cash, get roasted.β
Every spot is a sticker with its own face. Stickers change hands in real time, and every swap pings the group.
1st place
The best. The GOAT. Horns, goatee and shades β looks down on everyone.
2nd place
So close. Almost. Cold sweat and a crooked smile.
3rd place
Bottom step of the podium: charred, on the spit, smoke rising. The Roast wall is all theirs.
4th and below
Off the podium and into the ashes: flat, charred, flies circling. Tomorrow is another day.
Ember Score = β(profit Γ net margin)
Profit is sales Γ· your breakeven ROAS minus ad spend; net margin is profit Γ· sales. You need both: the same margin on bigger sales scores higher, but a store four times your size needs only half your margin to tie you. Lose money and you're on the spit, whatever your position. See the math β
Nothing touches your storefront or theme. Read-only access, approved on Shopify's own screens. See exactly how β
Name the crew and pick a currency. Ten seconds.
One private link. Whoever joins connects Shopify read-only β and Meta, if they run ads.
Every day there's a podium. Make money on ads and you climb. Burn cash and you get roasted.
First, second and third, each with its own sticker. They change hands in real time, and every change is news in the group chat.
β(profit Γ net margin). You need a real margin and real volume: a one-order day can't steal the crown, and the biggest store doesn't win by default.
Daily, weekly or monthly challenges for the top three β βwinner gets free pizzaβ. The room's owner sets the prizes.
Every morning Borsello posts the verdict: the GOAT gets the praise, the last one gets roasted. Badges and challenge winners land there too β you add the trash talk.
Today, last week, last month or any range of days β with your own numbers and the crew's average side by side.
Put a store in a room under a codename. Your numbers count; your store's name stays yours.
Orders, sales, sessions, conversion rate, ad spend, ROAS and breakeven β pulled from Shopify and Meta, never typed by hand.
Every store keeps its own currency. The room shows totals in one, converted daily at ECB rates. The podium is a ratio, so currency never decides who wins.
If a store's data hasn't refreshed in an hour he falls asleep and tells you. He'd rather say nothing than show you stale numbers.
Put it on your second screen tonight: a painted sky that follows your clock, music that never repeats, your crew's podium in a corner and a cha-ching every time somebody sells.

In e-commerce your store is your edge, so we hide all of it. Its name, its full address and your logins are sealed with your own key before they reach our database. We run the kitchen β we don't get a seat at the table.
What we see in our database
Real ciphertext, sealed fresh on every visit.
What it costs us: a few dollars a month. One small server, no investors, no data deals β the sponsor spots pay the bill. The whole bill β
Names and numbers stay in your rooms. The only public board is the global one β a rank and a rounded figure, never a name, and one switch takes your store off it. You can be in three rooms and show a different store in each.

No. Your store's name, its full Shopify address and your Shopify and Meta logins are sealed with your account's own key before they reach our database. What we see there is random ids, scrambled bytes and daily numbers β never which store is yours. Your store's name shows only on your room's page, and only if you choose to show it.
Every value that could identify you or your store is sealed with AES-256-GCM, under a key derived just for your account (or your room) and bound to its owner, so it can't be moved or swapped. The master key lives only in the server's environment β not in the database, not in backups β and we find you at sign-in by a keyed fingerprint, not your email. The Security page shows a made-up account sealed for real, exactly the way yours is stored.
A second-monitor mood for working late: a painted sky that follows your clock and the seasons (or your own picture), lo-fi, jazz, chill house or techno made on the spot so it never repeats, your room's podium in a corner, a little chat for the crew, and a cha-ching when somebody sells. Want to study together? The Focus room plays a YouTube video for the whole room, in sync. Friends see that an order landed β what it was worth stays with the store's owner, unless they choose to show it.
A few dollars a month: one small server. No investors to pay back, no ad network, no data deals. The sponsor spots around the leaderboard cover the bill, and sponsors never see a name or a number.
With the Ember Score: β(profit Γ net margin), where profit is sales Γ· your breakeven ROAS minus ad spend. Your breakeven carries your margins, so different products compete fairly β and the square root means size counts without deciding everything. Full math on the How it works page.
Because a single lucky order on $8 of ads would win the day. And ranking by profit alone means the biggest store always wins. The Ember Score needs both: a store four times your size needs only half your margin to tie you.
Join anyway. Until a store in the room has a Meta ad account and a breakeven ROAS, the podium ranks by sales and says so. Then it switches to the Ember Score.
Ad spend comes from Meta for now. Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest and Snapchat are coming β vote for the one you need on the Request a feature board.
Prizes on the podium. A room's owner sets a daily, weekly, monthly or custom-dates challenge with prizes for the top three β free pizza, a round of beers, washing the dishes. Rounds are ranked like the podium.
Yes. Tick βHide my store's nameβ when you put it in a room (or later in the room's settings) and everyone else sees a codename like Masked Falcon β a different one in every room.
Shopify, read-only (read_orders and read_reports) and β for ROAS β Meta with ads_read. We can't touch anything on your store, and you can revoke access whenever you want.
Never. They see daily totals: orders, sales, sessions, conversion rate and β if you allow it β ad spend and ROAS. No single orders, no names, no emails.
Yes. Each store keeps its own currency from Shopify, and the room converts totals into one display currency at daily ECB rates. Scores are worked out in US dollars for everyone, so the display currency never changes who's on the podium.
It refreshes on its own every 10 minutes, plus a Refresh button. We always re-read the last 3 days, because refunds and edits change yesterday's numbers.
